Click Here To Logon To The Dove System Vital Signs data entry is being moved entirely to the Dove system. All corrections of past data entry and all entry for 2008 will be done in Dove. If you do not have a Dove logon, your pastor can add you to the Dove system to provide you access. If you already are a Dove member, simply logon. Once you are in Dove, you can click on the "Ministerial Records" button and from the drop down menu select "Member Files". When the screen refreshes, you will see the folders available to you. Click on the folder titled "Dove User Guides". This will display the user guide to follow in order to enter Vital Signs Data in the Dove System. This guide contains a set of step by step instructions for Vital Signs data entry. All of your entries made during the year 2007 will also be imported into Dove so you will also be able to view them and make corrections if you so desire. The Dove Alerting system will also be used to issue a reminder each time any data entry is needed. As soon as all data entry is completed, the Alert will disappear.
